Heard
learned advocates appearing on behalf of respective parties.
In
present petitions, this Court has passed an order on 7th
April, 2011, which are challenged by respondent No.2 before Hon’ble
Division Bench of this Court by filing Letters Patent Appeal No.776
with Civil Application for stay No.5667 of 2011 and Letters Patent
Appeal No.777 with Civil Application for stay No.5666 of 2011.
Learned
advocate Mr. B.Y. Mankad appearing on behalf of respondent No.2
submitted that both Letters Patent Appeals are admitted by Hon’ble
Division Bench of this Court and in Civil Applications for stay,
‘rule’ has been issued and made it returnable on 14th
July, 2011, but, no stay against order passed by this Court dated 7th
April, 2011 is granted by Hon’ble Division Bench.
Therefore,
considering fact that both Letters Patent Appeals have been admitted
Civil Applications for stay are pending for final hearing before
Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court, present both matters are
adjourned to 25 th
July, 2011.
