07. 23.09.2010 On repeated calls none turned up on behalf of the
petitioners in all the three cases which are to be heard along
with each other. Learned counsel for the opposite party as well
as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State are
present.
My attention is drawn towards earlier conduct of the
petitioner leading dismissal of this case for non-prosecution vide
order dated 19.08.2008. However, this case has been restored
on 18.08.2010 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14097/2009. Again, in
same fashion none is turning on behalf of the petitioners.
In view of the above, let all these cases be dismissed
for non-prosecution.
