learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

opposite party states that his instruction is that the petitioner

is no more. In this view of the matter, the learned counsel

for the petitioner prays for adjournment to seek instruction

and take appropriate steps, if necessary.

The prayer is allowed. Put up this case after two

weeks.
