ORAL ORDER
Learned Advocate Shri Mehul Shah appearing for
the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has
challenged the validity of her suspension order. It has
been further submitted by him that the petitioner had
addressed a letter dated 17th October, 2001 to the
respondent employer praying for revocation of the order
of suspension. In pursuance of the said letter, by a
letter dated 5th January, 2002, the order of suspension
has been revoked.
It has by submitted by Shri Mehul Shah appearing
for the petitioner that the petitioner has not been paid
subsistence allowance for the month of November,
December, 2001 and January, 2002. I am sure that the
said amount shall be paid by the respondent employer to
the petitioner preferable within one month from today.
In view of the above order, the petitioner seeks
permission to withdraw this petition. Permission granted.
Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. Notice is
discharged.
Direct service is permitted.
