Mr.

G.M. Joshi, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that
advertisement for recruitment for the post of Assistant Teacher in a
secondary school mentioned about furnishing of full details of the
applicant and, accordingly, all the relevant details were furnished,
but the applicant was not called for oral interview and, considering
the merit of the selected candidate respondent No.4, the petitioner
possesses higher merit.

The
respondents are directed to produce the relevant rules for
recruitment for the post of Assistant Teacher and necessary procedure
followed therein on 5.3.2010.
