2. 26.9.2011 Having heard Mr. Shekhar Singh, learned counsel

appearing on behalf of Patna Municipal Corporation and the show

cause reply filed today on behalf of O.P.No.3 this Court is satisfied

that the direction given in the order dated 6.2.2009 in C.W.J.C.No.

1844/2009 has been complied, though belatedly.

That being so, this application has become

infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.
