ORDER

1. This
petition has been listed before this Court pursuant to the order
dated 30th March, 2011 passed by the Division Bench in
Letters Patent Appeal No.2849 of 2010 in Special Civil Application
No.4539 of 2009.

2. As
per the above mentioned order, the matter has been remanded to the
learned Single Judge with a request to decide Special Civil
Application No.4539 of 2009 on merits at an early date, subject to
convenience.

3. Accordingly,
the same has been placed for final hearing before the Court. Though
the petition has been called out twice, after revising entire cause
list, none appears for the petitioner. The matter is, therefore,
adjourned to 11th May, 2011.
