After some arguments were advanced by Sri M.N.Pathak, learned counsel
holding brief of Sri K.K.TripathiJ, learned counsel for the applicant, and
certain infirmities were pointed out by the learned A.G.A. in the petition, Sri
Pathak prayed that the applicant may be permitted to withdraw this petition
with liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars. The prayer is
granted. This petition is dismissed with liberty aforesaid.
