1. Heard
learned advocate Mr.V.M.Gamara for learned advocate Mr.Vijay Nangesh
on behalf of applicant and learned AGP Ms.Jirga Jhaveri for
respondent No.1.
2. This
application is preferred with a prayer to recall the order dated
21.4.2010 passed by this Court in SCA (St.) No.1469 of 2010 whereby
the aforesaid SCA has been dismissed due to non removal of office
objections.
3. Considering
the submissions made by learned advocates appearing for respective
parties and averments made in this application supported with
affidavit, the order dated 21.4.2010 passed in SCA (St.) No.1469 of
2010 is recalled and SCA (St.) No.1469 of 2010 is restored to its
original file. Time to remove office objections, if any, is extended
upto 29.10.2010 from today, failing which again the matter shall
stands dismissed without reference to the Court.
4. Accordingly,
present application is disposed of.
