Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A. G. A. who has
accepted notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

Issue notice to respondent Nos. 4 and 5 to produce the corpus, Shobha alias
Renu before this Court on 25.8.2010.

The petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs. 5000/- by demand draft drawn in
favour of the corpus, Shobha alias Renu in the Court within two weeks

In case, the amount as directed hereinabove, is not deposited, the writ petition
shall stand dismissed automatically.
