admission matter on 19.05.2011, no one appeared on behalf of the

petitioner and it was adjourned as a last chance.

Today also when this case is called out for hearing in

admission matter, no one appears for the petitioner to press this writ

petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-

prosecution.
