Mr.

Amit Thakkar, learned advocate for the respondents No.1 to 3 prays
for time. Mr. Percy Kavina, learned Senior Advocate has strongly
objected to the matter being adjourned as the stay granted by the
trial court expires on 18.11.2011.

the circumstances, the matter is adjourned to 23.11.2011. The order
passed by the lower appellate court suspending its own order shall
continue till then.
