Reference your appeal dated 30.07.2010 filed with the Commission
and registered vide Case No. CIC/WB/A/2010/000929 against PIO,
Rajasthan Vidya Peeth University, Udaipur. The RTI application dated
05.06.2009 was examined by the Commission and decision pronounced in
case No. CIC/WB/A/2010/000936 on 27.12.2010, which is cause of action
in the present case. As the subject matter of this complaint is same, same
order as in case No- CIC/WB/A/2010/000936 will apply mutus matandis to
this case too.
The case No. CIC/WB/A/2010/000929 is being treated as closed at
Commission’s end.
