4 7.7.2008 Heard learned counsel for the appellants and learned

counsel for the State in respect of appellants’ prayer for bail. The

lower court records have been received.

Both the appellants are alleged to have shot at the

deceased. The Mama of the deceased is an injured witness and the

father and other family members have deposed that the deceased

while in injured condition, disclosed the name of the appellants as

the assailants.

In the facts of the case, the prayer of the appellants for bail

is rejected at this stage. Since the appellants are in custody since

25.8.2003, let hearing of the appeal be expedited.
