Mr.Maulik
G.Nanavati, learned Assistant Government Pleader has placed on
record a copy of communication dated 4-3-2011 addressed to the
Gujarat Public Service Commission (“GPSC” for short)
wherein it is stated that the GPSC may take further action regarding
the report of the Expert Committee dated 19-1-2011 and do the
needful.

Mr.D.G.Shukla,
learned advocate for respondent No.1-GPSC states that the said letter
has been received by them today. He further states that some time may
be necessary in oder to take appropriate action in view of the said
letter and to complete all the formalities, therefore, the matter may
