learned counsel for the state.

Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since

12.10.2010 on the allegation that he alongwith other accused

has assembled to make preparation of committing dacoity and

one country-made Katta alongwith one cartridge was recovered

from his conscious possession, let the petitioner, namely, Md.

Ashraf @ Md.Ashrat be released on bail on furnishing bail

bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

amount each in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 273 of

2010 to the satisfaction of Smt R. Bharti, J.M., Patna City.
