This Court on 26.11.2009 had granted two weeks’ time to the learned
counsel for the petitioner to take steps but steps has not taken till date.

A week’s further time and no more is granted to the learned counsel for the
petitioner to take steps . If the steps are not taken within the a period of one
week, the appeal stands automatically dismissed under Chapter 12 Rule 4 of
the Allahabad High Court Rules.
