ORDER

This
matter is heard for a substantial time and on the verge of
completion the submission/s, learned advocates appearing on behalf
of the respective parties, at the suggestion of the Court, submitted
that parties are ready and willing to settle the disputes being
family members. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing,
learned advocates appearing for the respective parties have jointly
submitted that in principal, parties have already decided the
disputes and settlement has been arrived at. However, only the land
is to be identified which is to be retained by the respective
parties. Therefore, it is requested to adjourn the matter so as to
enable the parties to produce the consent terms on record. Learned
advocate appearing on behalf of the respective parties have
requested to treat the matter as part heard.

Under
the circumstances, S.O. to 18 th
June, 2010. To be treated as part heard as the matter is
virtually and substantially heard by this Court.
