Heard learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Sanjay Mishra, learned counsel,
who has put in appearance on behalf of the opposite party no.2 and learned
A.G.A. for the State respondent.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicants that the applicant no.
1 is ready to keep his wife, opposite party no.2, with him.
Sri Sanjay Mishra, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 states that his
client is ready to live with her husband, applicant no.1.
As jointly prayed, list on 23.08.2010 before the appropriate Bench, on which
date applicant no. 1 as well as opposite party no. 2 shall remain present in
person before the Court.
Interim order, granted earlier, shall remain operative till the next date of
listing.
Learned counsel for the applicants states that the applicant no.1 shall pay Rs.
3,000/- to the opposite party no.2 as expenses on the next date fixed.
