2. 20.04.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the

State.

It is fairly submitted that the trial is at the verge

of conclusion, only the investigating officer and the Doctor

remains to be examined.

Details of the current places of posting of these

officials has already been furnished by the concerned

department to this Court forwarded in turn to the District

Judges concerned.

Let expeditious steps for their appearance be

taken. The responsibility for which shall lie with the

Superintendent of Police, Siwan and the Civil Surgeon,

Siwan, so that the trial is concluded at the earliest, without

unnecessary delay.

The application is dismissed.
