ORDER

By
order dated 22.07.2010, this Court directed the petitioner to pay
Rs.3,000/- p.m to respondent towards maintenance against the impugned
order dated 06.04.2009 passed by the Principal Senior Civil Judge,
Vijapur by which the petitioner was directed to pay Rs.5,000/- p.m.

It
is stated at the Bar by learned advocate for the respondent that even
the amount of Rs.3,000/- p.m, as ordered by this Court, is also not
paid by the petitioner.

In
view of the above, this petition is dismissed. Rule discharged.
