The petitioner has moved this application for withdrawing the writ
petition in order to enable him file a fresh writ petition as the
District Magistrate has already held selections and appointments
have been made.

The petitioner, therefore, prays that the writ petition be dismissed
as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging
the selections held.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid
liberty.
