Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in spite of the order of
status-quo the opposite parties have proceeded to get their name recorded
under Rule 109 of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Rules, which on the face of
it amounts to contempt of the Court.

In this view of the matter, let notice be issued to opposite party no.2.
