                       J U D G M E N T

Koshy,J.

This writ appeal is filed against the judgment of the learned

Single Judge in W.P.(C).No.28048/2008. Appellant filed Ext.P5

representation before the 2nd respondent. The only prayer is to

direct the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P5 representation.

Hence we dispose of this appeal directing the 2nd respondent to

consider Ext.P5 representation as expeditiously as possible

untrammeled by the observations in the judgment. Appellant

may produce a copy of Ext.P5 representation to the 2nd

respondent with a copy of this judgment for an early disposal of

the representation.
