                     J U D G M E N T

The petitioner challenges Ext.P1 order whereby the

second respondent has suspended the petitioner, who is the

Headmistress of an aided school retired from service,

alleging certain misconduct detailed in Ext.P1 and directing

the Manager to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the

petitioner.

I am inclined to consider the challenge against Ext.P1,

since I am of the opinion that the petitioner should more

appropriately seek her statutory remedies. Therefore,

without prejudice to the said right, this writ petition is

dismissed.
