This
speaking to minutes has been filed Mr.Makbul I.Mansuri, learned
advocate for the respondent for correcting the order dated 12-7-2010
passed in Civil Appln.No.7033 of 2010. It is stated that instead of
ordering to deposit an amount of Rs.6,50,000/-, an amount of
Rs.6,05,000/- was mentioned and hence, it is requested that the
order be corrected accordingly.

Under
the circumstances, the figure Rs.6,05,000/- as mentioned in
the order dated 12-7-2010 passed in Civil Appln.No.7033 of 2010 is
corrected to read as Rs.6,50,000/- . Office to issue a fresh
writ accordingly.
