Civil Misc. Application No. 198138 of 2010.
The afore-mentioned Application has been filed, inter-alia, praying that the
appellant may be permitted to deposit the amount of Rs. 25,000/- in respect of
the statutory deposit to be made by the appellant while filing Appeal under
Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
The Application is supported by an Affidavit, sworn on 16th July, 2010.
It is, inter-alia, stated in the afore-mentioned Application and its
accompanying Affidavit that the appellant has already got Bank Draft
prepared for an amount of Rs. 25,000/- for making the statutory deposit in the
present case.
Having regard to the averments made in the aforementioned Application
and its accompanying Affidavit, the appellant is permitted to make deposit of
Rs. 25,000/- towards statutory deposit within a week.
In case, the deposit is so made by the appellant, the Stamp Report will
submit Report regarding removal of the defects, as reported in his Report
dated 5.1.2010.
In case, the defects have been removed, appropriate regular number will be
given to the Appeal.
List after three weeks.
