ORAL ORDER

Mr.

S.C.Sharma, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner seeks
permission to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file an
application either before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class
or before the Civil Court for appropriate relief. If such an
application is moved by the petitioner before the competent Court the
same shall be decided as expeditiously as possible, preferably within
the period of three months from the date of filing of such
application.

In
the above view of the matter permission for withdrawal of this
petition as prayed for is granted. This petition is accordingly
disposed of as withdrawn.
