Mr.GJ Gupta,for the appellant.

The divorce decree was granted by the court of District

Judge, Sri Ganganagar on 9.1.2006. Appeal has been

preferred on 13.2.2006. Even passing of more than two

and half hears, the defects have not been removed.

It appears that the appellants have lost their interest.

In view of the the above, the appeal of the appellants is

dismissed.
