ORDER
1. Shri
H.S.Munshaw, learned advocate appearing on behalf of respondent No.4
District Primary Education Officer, Porbandar, has stated at bar
that the petitioner was already called for an interview and before
any selection list can be prepared, he has approached before this
Court. He has also further submitted that thereafter, the selection
list is already prepared by respondent No.4 and the petitioner is
placed at Sr.No.3 in the said selection list in the open category and
the said selection list will be operated after parliamentary election
and necessary appointment order, as per selection list already
prepared and respondent no.4 will act accordingly after parliamentary
election.
2. In
view of the aforesaid submission, Mr.K.B.Pujara, learned advocate
appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw
the present Special Civil Applications at this stage as the
petitioner is satisfied as on today.
3. Under
the circumstances, permission is accordingly granted. These petitions
are dismissed as withdrawn. Notice is discharged.
