Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. for the
State.
I have perused gang chart. Applicant is alleged to be involved in
two cases in gang chart. However, he is on bail in both cases.
Copies of bail orders are annexed as annexure nos.3 and 4 to the
affidavit filed in support of bail application. Applicant is in jail
since 16.11.2009.
Taking into consideration facts and circumstances of the case,
without expressing any opinion on merits, bail application is
allowed.
Let applicant Rahul son of Heera Lal Lodhi involved in case crime
no.149 of 2009 under Section 2/3 (1) Gangsters Act, Police Station
Vaidpura, District Etawah, be released on bail on his executing a
personal bond and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount
to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
