Necessary correction has been made in the order dated 27.1.2010.

Office is directed to correct the certified copy of the order issued to the
learned counsel for the applicant.

As prayed by the learned counsel for the applicants, one week’s further time is
granted to the applicants to appear and surrender before the Court below
pursuant to the earlier order of this Court dated 7.1.2010. In case the
applicants do not appear before the Court below withing the aforesaid
extended time, coercive action be taken against them.
