Background of the case:
The appellant is a public spirited Citizen who has identified a mistake in the width of the road
mentioned in different places of the Raja Park Railway Crossing Road. However his
queries donot fall under the ambit of RTI.
Commission issued notices to the party’s and heard the matter on 10/10/2008.

The appellant has identified that the MCD has some errors about the width of a
road, the Raja Park Railway Crossing Road. His efforts are certainly laudable but the
Commission is unable to provide any solution in the matter directly.
Decision:
The appeal is disposed.
Though the matter is not in the domain of the Commission, we would desire
that the DDA and the MCD should correct their mistake as pointed out by this
Citizen.
