08/ 03.11.2010 Learned counsel for the respondents states that

interlocutory application dated 29.03.2010 was filed by the

respondents, but due to typographical error, the word “appellants”

has been mentioned in the second line of order dated 06.10.2010,

although it should have been “respondents”.

Learned counsel for the respondents appears to be

correct. In the said circumstances, let the said order be modified

only to the aforesaid extent.
