            This petitioner has preferred this revision petition

against the inter-locutory order passed by trial Court.                  The

revision   petition    against    the   inter-locutory      order   is   not

maintainable.         Hence,   this   revision   petition   is   dismissed.

However, the petitioner is free to avail the remedy, if any,

available under the law.
