deliberately and intentionally bypassed the order passed of this Court and
recorded a finding as the appellate authority sitting over the order of this
Court. This action of the opposite party amounts to contempt of this Court.

In this view of the matter, opposite party is directed to appear before this
Court on 29.01.2010.
