The applicant Rajendra Prasad and opposite party Smt. Chitra are personally
present in the Court. They are agreed to live together.

Considering the same it is directed that the opposite party no. 2 Smt. Chitra
shall go in the company of applicant Rajendra Prasad who shall maintain her
as a wife in a cool and calm atmosphere. They shall appear before this Court
on 29th March, 2010.

List on 29th March, 2010. Till then interim order dated 05.10.2009 is
extended.
