                       J U D G M E N T

The petitioner herein had appeared for his 5th Semester

supplementary examination conducted by the respondents,

during December 2008 in the course BTech, Mechanical

Engineering. The result was published in October 2009 and

the petitioner failed in 3 papers. The petitioner accordingly

filed an application for revaluation as per Ext.P1. The

petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to publish

the results of revaluation within a time frame.

2. The learned standing counsel submitted that the

revaluation will be completed expeditiously.

3. There will be a direction to the respondents to

complete the process of revaluation and publish the results

within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a copy

of this Judgment, if the application is in order. No costs.
