                                 J U D G M E N T

The limited prayer made in this writ petition is for a direction

to the 1st respondent to consider Exhibits P1 and P2 submitted by

the first and second petitioners respectively seeking for

adjustment of the excess security deposit if any made by them

towards security.

2. Heard the standing counsel, KSEB.

3. In the facts and circumstances, there will be a direction

to consider Exhibits P1 and P2 by the 1st respondent and dispose

of it in accordance with law at any rate within a period of one

month.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
