In spite of the very specific orders and directions issued on

24-11-2009, it is seen that steps are not taken in this Mat appeal and

R.P.(FC). There is no representation for the appellant/revision

petitioner. The inference appears to be irresistible that the

appellant/revision petitioner is not interested in prosecuting these

proceedings. This Mat appeal and the R.P.(FC) are, hence, dismissed

for non-prosecution.
