Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he has served
with some orders passed by the authorities concerned
during the pendency of this matter on 22nd January, 2010.
In view of the subsequent event he has to challenge the
same also, therefore, he be permitted to withdraw the
present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.

Learned Standing counsel appearing for respondents No.1
to 3, Sri D.D.Chauhan for respondent No.4 and Sri R.P.
Sukla for the respondent No.5 have no objection to the said
prayer.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the
aforesaid liberty.
