applicant in original Second Appeal, learned advocate Mrs. Roopal
Patel appearing for respondent.

Considering
averment made in this application. Learned advocate Mr. Buch
submitted that matter has been remanded back by Apex Court with a
direction to fix matter for final hearing as early as possible.
Therefore, Second Appeal no. 120/2007 is fixed for final hearing on
4/3/2011. Registry is directed to notify Second appeal for final
hearing on 4/3/2011 in board of Final hearing. Accordingly, present
