JUDGMENT
Petitioners were the first year MBBS students of the Calicut
Medical College. By Exts.P1 to P7, they sought revaluation of the
papers mentioned therein. In this writ petition they complain that
there is inordinate delay in completing the revaluation applied for.
2. I heard the learned Standing Counsel for the University on
the grievance highlighted.
3. Having regard to the above grievance it is ordered that the
respondent shall complete the revaluation sought for by the
petitioners and declare their results as expeditiously as possible, at
any rate, within 8 weeks of production of a copy of this judgment,
provided, the applications made have been received and are
otherwise in order.
Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
