Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

This writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has 
been  filed  seeking a  direction to the Civil  Judge (Junior  Division), 
Shahganj,   Jaunpur   to   decide   Civil   Suit   No.   755   of   2005   within 
stipulated period.

No good ground has been made out for expeditious disposal of the 
suit filed by plaintiff­petitioner over and above the other case which 
may be pending before the court concerned, since much before. 

The petition stands dismissed.
