Counsel for the appellants has very fairly conceded that the

present case is covered by the decision of this Court in RFA No.818 of

1986 titled as Gulzari and others Vs. State of Haryana decided on

24.11.1988.

In view of the above, the present appeal is also disposed of in

terms of the judgment passed in RFA No.818 of 1986 titled as Gulzari

and others Vs. State of Haryana decided on 24.11.1988.
