                            O R D E R

This petition is for anticipatory bail.

2. The alleged offences are under Sections 323 and 498A

of Indian Penal Code. Petitioners are accused 3 to 5. They are

the mother-in-law and the sisters-in-law of the de facto

complainant, according to whom, her husband, the first

accused, physically and mentally harassed and iltreated her

demanding more dowry. The petitioners also joined him.

3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that on

investigation, the de facto complainant was questioned again

and it appears that she has no specific allegation against the

petitioners. In the light of this, I find that anticipatory bail can

be granted to the petitioner and the following order is passed:

Petitioner shall be released on bail and

in the event of their arrest, they shall be

released on bail on their executing bond for

Rs.25,000/- each with two solvent sureties

each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the

BA.5454/08 2

arresting officer, on condition that they will

make themselves for interrogation by the

investigating officer as and when directed

and they shall co-operate with the

investigation.

Petition is allowed.
