three years old and no one is present here to apprise this court as to

the development took place in the case after 28.5.2007, the date of

order passed in Parbatta P.S. case no. 182 of 2006 by the Judicial

Magistrate, 2nd class, Khagaria, this court is unable to look into the

merits of the case.

The application is dismissed.
