24 13.7.2011 I.A. No. 4226 of 2011:

This interlocutory application has been filed in the

present contempt petition on behalf of one Haris Usmani who

claims that he was working in the college in question.

The intervenor has not approached this court at an

appropriate stage and at this belated stage he has filed the

aforesaid application making a claim that he too is a teacher of the

college in question.

As noted in my order, dated 6.7.2011, these aspects

of the matter cannot be considered in this contempt application.

This interlocutory application is dismissed.
