3 13.9.2011 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Petitioner is husband of the deceased,

alleged for killing his wife after throwing

from train while was on way to his home from

informant’s house that is followed by torture

for demand of dowry.

Defence is that the deceased herself

committed suicide for which U.D.Case was lodged

by the Railway Police, post mortem was

conducted on the dead body of the deceased that

is relevant and injuries are found possible

only on fall from the train including one

separation of her hand which is not possible in

case of suicide.

Taking the facts into consideration,

the prayer for bail is rejected.
