BELOW SPEAKING TO MINUTES

Through
this note, it is brought to my notice correctly that while disposing
of Special Civil Application No.10247 of 2010 and connected matters
by judgment dated 16.11.10, at the request of the counsel for the
petitioners, said judgment is ordered to be stayed till 30.11.2010.
However, due to typographical error, said portion has not been
incorporated in the order. In the order dated 16.11.10, therefore,
the following shall be added:

This
order at the request of the counsel for the petitioners shall stand
stayed till 30.11.2010.
